肿柄菊乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分

摘要:
目的肿柄菊乙酸乙酯部位化学成分的提取、分离和结构鉴定。方法肿柄菊地上部分80%的乙醇渗漉提取,通过萃取、硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析、MCI柱层析等方法进行成分分离,应用质谱、核磁等方法进行结构鉴定。结果从乙酸乙酯部位得到10个化合物,鉴定为香草醛(1)、麦角甾醇(2)、过氧化麦角甾醇(3)、 3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂醛(4)、对羟基苯甲醛(5)、异东莨菪内酯(6)、5-羟甲基糠醛(7)、尼泊尔黄酮(8)、二十二烷酸单甘油酯(9)和 13-羟基泽兰烯(10)。结论香草醛、麦角甾醇、过氧化麦角甾醇、3-甲氧基-4-羟基肉桂醛、对羟基苯甲醛、异东莨菪内酯、5-羟甲基糠醛、二十二烷酸单甘油酯和13-羟基泽兰烯均为首次从肿柄菊中分离得到。

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the EtOAc fraction of Tithonia diversifolia.MethodsThe dried aerial parts of Tithonia diversifolia were extracted with 80% EtOH,and the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate portion from the extract were isolated by column chromatography with silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and MCI.The isolated compounds were identified by NMR and MS analysis.ResultsTen compounds were isolated from EtOAc extract, and identified as:vanillin(1), ergosterol(2), ergosterol peroxide(3), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-trans-cinnamaldehyde(4), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(5), 7-methylesculetin(6), 5-hydyoxymethyl furfural(7), nepetin(8), docosanoic acid 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester(9) and 13-hydroxyeupatorochromene(10).ConclusionVanillin, ergosterol, ergosterol peroxide, 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-trans-cinnamaldehyde, p-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 7-methylesculetin, 5-hydyoxymethyl furfural, docosanoic acid 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl ester, and 13-hydroxyeupatorochromene have been isolated from Tithonia diversifolia for the first time.
