\[摘要\]神经成胶质细胞瘤起源于神经胶质细胞,是成人最常见的原发性颅内肿瘤,患者预后极差。MicroRNAs (miRNAs)是一类内源性约18~26 nt的非编码RNA,在多种生命过程中扮演重要的角色,其表达失控与成胶质细胞瘤发生发展密切相关。因此,本文就miRNAs在成胶质细胞瘤进展中的调控作用等方面作一综述。 |

\[Abstract\]Glioblastoma, originating from glial cells, is the most commonly seen primary intracranial tumors in adults with extremely poor prognosis. miRNAs are a class of endogenous 18-26 nt non-coding RNAs playing important roles in a variety of biological processes. Recent studies have shown that miRNAs are closely associated with the development and progression of glioblastoma. In this paper, we summarize the regulatory roles of miRNAs in the progression of glioblastoma. |
