炎症与肿瘤转移的相关性研究备受关注,已取得一系列的初步成果,如versicanTLR2TNFα通路、RANKLRANKIKKαMaspin通路等,极大地转变了目前的肿瘤治疗思路。传统的单纯针对肿瘤细胞的治疗方案越来越局限,针对肿瘤微环境的化疗药物的研发趋于深入,尤其是针对参与转移且与肿瘤发生发展密切相关的炎症细胞的相关研究越来越多。因此,本文就炎症和肿瘤转移的最新研究进展作一综述。 |

Abstract: |
Rudolf Virchow described the links between inflammation and cancer in the 19th century. Recently more progress has been made in the area, including versicanTLR2TNFα pathway and RANKLRANKIKKαMaspin pathway, which casts great new lights on cancer therapy.The traditional therapies solely targeting tumor cells is becoming increasingly limited, and drugs aiming at the tumor microenvironment are gradually gaining popularity, especially those aiming at inflammation cells, which participate in the metastasis and are closely related to the tumorigenesis and progression of tumor. This article reviews the recent progress on the links between inflammation and tumor metastasis. |
