体内细胞示踪技术及其应用

摘要:
随着科学技术的发展,越来越多的体内细胞示踪技术被运用于医学研究中。目前常用的体内示踪技术包括核素成像、磁共振成像、光学成像等技术,这些成像的方式在特异性、敏感性、操作方式等方面都各有特点。在运用这些技术的时候,研究者需要根据成像的要求、实验对象、成像目的等综合因素,并结合各种成像的特点来考虑。本文就现有的体内细胞示踪技术作一综述。

In vivo cell tracking

Abstract:
Owning to the progression of science and technology, increasing techniques for in vivo cell tracking have been applied in medical research; they include radionuclide imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, optical imaging, etc. These imaging methods have their own characteristics in specificity, sensitivity and manipulation mode. Researchers should choose the appropriate method while taking the following into consideration: requirement of the image, object of the image, the aim of the image, and the characteristics of each imaging method. In this paper we summarize the techniques of cell tracking in vivo.
