近年来的研究发现,NADH和NADPH在机体生理与病理条件下都发挥重要的功能,本文综述了NADH和NADPH的合成和降解,重点阐述了NADH、NADPH和NADPH氧化酶的功能,并按炎症、心血管疾病、肿瘤、神经退行性疾病等不同病理状况分别叙述。当前对细胞内NADH(NADPH)作用和代谢的研究已成为国际性的研究热点,其相关机制的探讨将逐步深入。 |

Abstract: |
In recent years, researchers have discovered that NADH and NADPH have important functions in physiological and pathological conditions. In this paper we discussed the synthesis and degradation of NADH and NADPH, focused on the function of NADH, NADPH and NADPH oxidase, and described their functions in various pathological conditions such as inflammation, cardiovascular disease, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases. Nowadays, the functions and metabolism of NADH (NADPH) have evoked international research interest; and the underlying mechanism will be better understood. |
