胆碱能抗炎通路是新近发现的一种神经-免疫调节通路,其潜在的药物作用靶点是α7烟碱型乙酰胆碱受体(α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, α7nAChR)。近年来大量的研究证明特异性激动α7nAChR能够有效减少促炎细胞因子的释放。本文综述了α7nAChR在炎性疾病发生发展中的作用,拟为炎性疾病的治疗提供新的理论和思路。 |

Abstract: |
The cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway (CAP) is a new neurophysiologic mechanism regulating the immune system, with alpha7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7nAChR) being its potential pharmacological target. Cumulative studies have demonstrated that activation of α7nAChR can inhibit inflammation through modulating pro-inflammatory cytokines. The role of α7nAChR has been confirmed in a series of inflammatory diseases. This review is aimed to provide new insights for using α7nAChR against inflammatory diseases. |
