新型钙离子指示剂 GCaMPs是以单个荧光蛋白为基础构建而成,可以定位到特定的细胞亚型或细胞器,对细胞或细胞器内钙离子敏感,荧光强度与钙离子浓度成正比,可用以观察钙离子介导的信号传递过程,研究机体发育、疾病、药物作用等过程中细胞内钙信号的产生、传递和时空特点,近年来被广泛应用于生理学、细胞生物学和临床研究等领域,具有独特的优势和广阔的前景。本文通过对GCaMPs的原理、发展和应用进行综述,旨在为生命科学工作者介绍一种新的钙离子检测工具,以利于更好地探索生理和病理状态下细胞的行为和功能,揭示其内在的病理生理机制。 |

GCaMPs: promising tools for in vivo calcium imaging |

Abstract: |
GCaMPs are new genetically encoded calcium indicators based on a single fluorescent protein molecule with high calcium affinity. The fluorescence intensity of GCaMPs is proportional to intracellular calcium concentration. GCaMPs can be easily targeted and expressed in specific cells and cellular compartments, so as to make it possible for observing calcium-mediated signal transduction. GCaMPs can provide long-term in vivo imaging of calcium signals during development, disease, and drug therapy, making them promising tools for physiological, cytobiological and clinical studies.This paper summarized the principle, progression and application of GCaMPs, hoping to introduce a new calcium detection tool for further exploring the behavior and functions of cells under physiological and pathological states. |
