艾塞那肽对高原地区血糖控制不佳2型糖尿病患者的疗效

摘要:
目的 观察艾塞那肽对高原地区血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者的疗效。方法 选择二甲双胍、磺脲类药物或胰岛素治疗后血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病患者18例,在原有治疗方案的基础上加用艾塞那肽注射液治疗3个月,监测患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、体质量等指标的变化。结果 艾塞那肽治疗3个月后, 患者FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c、体质量指数,血脂TG、TC、LDL-C水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。结论 艾塞那肽能有效控制高原地区2型糖尿病患者血糖, 降低患者体质量指数,并改善血脂水平。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the efficiency of exenatide in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with inadequately controlled blood glucose in plateau area. Methods Eighteen type 2 diabetes mellitus patients whose blood glucose was not well controlled by metformin, sulfonylureas or insulin therapy were selected in this study. Exenatide was added to the original therapy for 3 months, and the changes of fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose (2hPBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), blood lipid levels (TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C), and body weight were observed. Results After 3 months of treatment with exenatide, FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1c, body mass index, and blood lipid levels (TG, TC, LDL-C ) were significantly reduced as compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion Exenatide can effectively control blood glucose, decrease body mass index, and improve the blood lipid level in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients living in plateau area.
