炎症反应中的microRNAs及其在TLR信号通路中的调控作用

摘要:
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)在炎症反应中发挥重要的调节作用,其作用机制及调节特点在免疫系统中具有独特性。近年大量研究发现,miRNA能与Toll样受体/核因子κB(TLR/NF-κB)信号通路中众多靶基因mRNA结合,在免疫识别和炎症反应中发挥调控作用。本文就miRNA在炎症反应中的特点,特别是miRNA对TLR/NF-κB 信号通路的调控作用进行了综述。

Abstract:
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles in regulating inflammatory responses, and the related mechanism and regulation characteristics are unique in immune system. In recent years, a large number of studies have showed that miRNAs can target mRNAs of many target genes in Toll-like receptor/nuclear factor-κB (TLR/NF-κB) signaling pathway, and play regulatory roles in immune recognition and inflammatory responses. In this paper we reviewed the characteristics of miRNA in inflammatory reactions, with special attention on the regulatory roles in TLR/NF-κB signaling pathway.
