药物经皮吸收的独特优势使其具有良好的应用前景,已成为目前药物制剂的研究热点之一。为了克服皮肤的天然屏障功能,药学工作者进行了很多物理学、化学和药剂学促渗技术研究,以提高药物的经皮渗透和经皮吸收。驻极体是一类具有永久保持电极化状态的功能电介质材料,其产生的静电场和微电流可以作为物理促渗源提高药物的经皮吸收。本文主要综述了驻极体的经皮促渗作用及其机制、影响因素和目前研究进展。 |

Transdermal drug delivery has become one of the research focuses in pharmaceutical formulations due to its potential advantages. In order to overcome the natural barrier function of the skin, several physical, chemical and pharmaceutical enhancement strategies have been developed to promote the transdermal permeation and adsorption of drugs. Electret is a kind of functional dielectric material with permanent electric polarization state. The electrostatic filed and micro-current produced by electret can be used as physical permeation enhancer to improve the transdermal drug delivery. In this article, we reviewed the mechanism, influencing factors and current research progress of electret as one of the physical enhancing permeation strategies. |
