特殊环境如沙漠、极地、高原、潜艇、潜水等都会对暴露个体的认知功能产生影响,进而影响到个体的生活和工作状态甚至生命安全。认知功能受影响的程度与特殊环境暴露时长、特殊环境应激源的强烈程度、认知任务的复杂程度以及一些个体因素有关。军队往往驻扎在上述特殊环境中,军人的认知功能受特殊环境影响明显。目前不同特殊环境对认知功能影响研究的设计、样本量、选取的实验情境、认知功能指标和测量工具有所不同,导致研究结果存在差异。未来该领域的研究应改进目前存在的一些问题,着重关注认知功能发生改变的原因机制,并探索干预策略,以降低特殊环境对军人认知功能的不利影响。 |

Special environments, such as desert, polar, plateau, submarine, and diving, may affect the cognitive functions, quality of life and work status and even life safety of the exposed individuals. The degree of cognitive impacts is related to the durance of exposure, the intensity of stress, the complexity of cognitive tasks and some individual factors. Troops are always stationed in the special environments mentioned above, and the cognitive function of military personnel is greatly affected by the environment. Differences in experimental designs, sample sizes, selected environmental stressors, cognitive function indicators and measurement tools between different researches can, lead to various results. Future researches in this field should improve the existing shortcomings, focus on the mechanism of cognitive function changes, and explore intervention strategies to reduce the adverse impacts of special environments on cognitive functions of military personnel. |
