新生血管生成在肿瘤的发生与转移、糖尿病视网膜病变、关节炎等疾病中发挥着重要作用,血管生成过程涉及多种细胞因子与信号通路。纳米材料是一种新型材料,具有许多独特的理化性质,文献报道纳米材料还具有抗新生血管生成作用。本文介绍了新生血管的生成过程及其分子机制,并重点讨论了金纳米粒子、银纳米粒子、氧化铜纳米颗粒、氧化锌纳米颗粒、碳纳米颗粒等纳米材料抗血管生成活性的研究进展,旨在为临床上抗血管生成治疗提供更多药物选择。 |

Angiogenesis plays an important role in the development and metastasis of tumors, diabetic retinopathy, arthritis and other diseases. Angiogenesis involves a variety of cytokines and signaling pathways. Nanomaterials are a new type of material with many unique physicochemical properties. It is reported that nanomaterials have anti-angiogenesis effects. This review introduces the angiogenesis and its molecular mechanism, and focuses on the research progress of the antiangiogenesis effects of gold, silver, zinc oxide, carbon and other nanomaterials, providing more drug options for clinical antiangiogenesis therapy. |
