甲状腺癌是世界上发病率增长最快的癌症之一,寻找新型高特异性、高灵敏度、无创的早期诊断和术后检测标志物成为研究热点。外泌体是细胞间信息物质交流的重要载体,由于其高稳定性、低细胞毒性、低免疫原性和高膜通透性等特征,具有成为无创、新型疾病诊断和治疗手段的潜能。近年来,外泌体在甲状腺癌非侵入性诊断、检测、给药、治疗和预后评估等领域取得了实质性突破。本文综述了甲状腺癌来源的外泌体在肿瘤发生、发展及诊断和治疗中的研究进展。 |

Abstract: |
Thyroid carcinoma (TC) is one of the fastest-growing cancers in the world. Finding new biomarkers with high specificity, high sensitivity and non-invasive characteristic for early diagnosis and postoperative detection has become a research focus. Exosome, an important carrier of intercellular communication with high stability, low cytotoxicity, low immunogenicity, and high membrane permeability, has the potential to become a non-invasive and new means of disease diagnosis and treatment. In recent years, there have been substantial breakthroughs for exosomes in non-invasive diagnosis, detection, administration, treatment, and prognostic evaluation of thyroid cancer. This article reviews the research progress of TC-derived exosomes in tumor development and progression, diagnosis, and therapy. |
