免疫系统具有复杂性、多变性以及可塑性,目前其组成和动态变化的研究只局限在群体效应,无法体现其异质性。单细胞技术的出现革新了研究者们对免疫学问题的认识。单细胞RNA测序技术是目前应用最广泛的单细胞技术,它能够在单细胞和单分子的水平进行免疫学分析,揭示生理或病理条件下的免疫反应过程。本文对单细胞RNA测序技术的一般流程、发展及其在免疫学方面的应用进展进行综述,并展望其在免疫学方面的发展前景。 |

The immune system is characterized by complexity, diversity, and plasticity. Current research on the composition and dynamic changes of the immune system is limited to its population effects, and cannot fully reflect its heterogeneity. The emergence of single-cell technology has revolutionized our understanding of immunology. Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) is currently the most widely used single-cell technology, capable of analyzing a single cell or molecule to reveal the immune response under physiological or pathological conditions. This article provides a comprehensive review of the general process, development, and application of scRNA-seq in immunology, and discusses its future development in immunology. |
