黑色素瘤是皮肤癌中致死性最高的一种恶性肿瘤,其发生、发展机制复杂,具有高度侵袭性、转移性和致死性,患者预后差。因此,加强该病基础研究尤为重要。单细胞转录组测序作为近年来快速发展的新技术,以其特有的优势如探索细胞亚群的异质性、鉴定稀有细胞、使用生物信息算法揭示不同组织细胞的分化轨迹等,极大地推动了黑色素瘤的基础与临床研究发展。本文就黑色素瘤单细胞转录组测序研究中肿瘤异质性和肿瘤免疫方面的进展进行综述。 |

Melanoma is the most lethal type of malignant tumor among skin cancers. The mechanism of its development and progression is complex, and it is highly invasive, metastatic and lethal, with a poor prognosis. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the basic research on this disease. Single-cell transcriptome sequencing, a rapidly developing new technology in recent years, has greatly promoted the basic and clinical research of melanoma with its unique advantages, such as exploring the heterogeneity of cellular subpopulations, identifying rare cells, and using bioinformatics algorithms to reveal the differentiation trajectories of different tissue and cells. This article reviews the progress in single-cell transcriptome sequencing studies of melanoma in terms of tumor heterogeneity and tumor immunity. |
