| 目的：观察芪灵胶囊对自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性的影响。方法：采用3H-TdR标记靶细胞释放法，以杀伤率和抑制率为测定指标；采用细胞病变抑制法，以血清干扰素(IFN)效价为测定指标。 结果：芪灵胶囊体外可不同程度地增加正常和环磷酰胺(CY)抑制的小鼠脾NK活性；对CY抑制模型鼠体内给药后可明显提高NK杀伤活性(P<0.01)及血清IFN水平(P<0.01)， 对正常鼠无明显作用(P>0.05)。结论：芪灵胶囊可在一定程度上保护NK抵抗CY的抑制作用，其作用可能是通过提高血清IFN水平来实现的。 |

| Objective: To study the effects of Qiling capsule(QLC) on natural killer cell (NK) activity in mice. Methods:The cytotoxicity was detected by 3H-TdR release assay and levels of interferon (IFN) in serum by cellular protected method. Results: QLC had the ability to improve the cytotoxicity which was either normal or inhibited by cyclophosphamide(CY)(P<0.05) in vitro. Moreover,in vivo,QLC could increase the NK activity (P<0.05) and raise the serum levels of IFN(P<0.01)in mice pretreated by CY,but no effect on normal mice. Conclusion: The results inferred that the QLC protection of NK against CY inhibition might be related to enhancement of IFN levels. |
