目的:研究钛-75(钛铝钼锆)合金的组织相容性。方法:成年杂种犬6只,于其双侧后腿股骨内侧手术植入种植体,一侧为纯钛,另一侧为钛-75合金。分别于术后3,6,12个月处死动物,并于处死前14d及3d给动物肌注四环素各一次。取与种植体接触的皮质骨制成磨片,在荧光显微镜下观察骨-种植体界面,并摄取照片,通过计算机图像分析系统计算四环素荧光标记区占全视野骨面积的百分比。结果:四环素-荧光标记区所占骨面积在两种材料间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);同种材料不同程期间四环素-荧光标记区所占骨面积的比较也无显著学差异(P>0.05)。结论:钛-75合金具有与纯钛相近的组织相容性。 |

Abstract: |
Objective: To study the biocompatibility of Ti-75 (TiAlMoZr). Methods: Six adult mongrel dogs received Ti-75 bars and pure titanium bars surgically in their femurs .The dogs were sacrificed at 3,6 and 12 months post-implantation, respectively. On 3rd and 14th day before their sacrifice, intramuscular injection of tetracycline had been given. The specimens that had been canceled with the implants were cut and sectioned. The bone-implant interfaces were observed under a fluorescence microscope and the photographs were taken. The fluorescence labelled areas were evaluated quantitatively by the computer image analysis system. Results: The percentage of labelled area had no difference between Ti-75 and pure titanium. There was also no difference in the three periods when same material was used. Conclusion: The biocompatibility of Ti-75 and pure titanium is similar. |
