| 目的：研究制首乌(Radix Polygonum multiflorum Preparata)的化学成分。方法：应用硅胶柱层析对制首乌氯仿萃取部分中化学成分进行分离纯化，应用理化常数测定和光谱(IR,FAB-MS,EI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HMQC,HMBC)分析技术鉴定结构。结果：得到12个单体化合物，确定了其中的7个，分别为大黄素(emodin，Ⅰ)、大黄素甲醚(physcion，Ⅱ)、大黄素-3-乙醚(emodin-3-ether，Ⅲ)、2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside，Ⅳ)、五味子素(schizandrin，Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol，Ⅵ)、胡萝卜甙(β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside，Ⅶ)。结论：Ⅲ为新化合物，Ⅴ是首次从蓼属中药中分得。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To investigate the chemical constituents of Radix Polygoni multiflori Preparata. Methods： Compounds were isolated from the CHCl3 extract with column chromatography of silica gel. The compounds were identified on the basis of spectral analysis (IR, EI-MS, FAB-MS, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, HMQC, HMBC) and chemical properties. Results： Twelve compounds were isolated，and 7 of them were identified as emodin (Ⅰ), physcion (Ⅱ), emodin-3-ether(Ⅲ), 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅳ), schizandrin(Ⅴ), β-sitosterol (Ⅵ), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅶ). Conclusion：Ⅲ is a new compound and V is isolated from Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata for the first time. |
