目的:研究制首乌(Radix Polygonum multiflorum Preparata)的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶柱层析对制首乌氯仿萃取部分中化学成分进行分离纯化,应用理化常数测定和光谱(IR,FAB-MS,EI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HMQC,HMBC)分析技术鉴定结构。结果:得到12个单体化合物,确定了其中的7个,分别为大黄素(emodin,Ⅰ)、大黄素甲醚(physcion,Ⅱ)、大黄素-3-乙醚(emodin-3-ether,Ⅲ)、2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside,Ⅳ)、五味子素(schizandrin,Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,Ⅵ)、胡萝卜甙(β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,Ⅶ)。结论:Ⅲ为新化合物,Ⅴ是首次从蓼属中药中分得。 |

Abstract: |
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Radix Polygoni multiflori Preparata. Methods: Compounds were isolated from the CHCl3 extract with column chromatography of silica gel. The compounds were identified on the basis of spectral analysis (IR, EI-MS, FAB-MS, 1H-NMR,13C-NMR, HMQC, HMBC) and chemical properties. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated,and 7 of them were identified as emodin (Ⅰ), physcion (Ⅱ), emodin-3-ether(Ⅲ), 2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside (Ⅳ), schizandrin(Ⅴ), β-sitosterol (Ⅵ), β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅶ). Conclusion:Ⅲ is a new compound and V is isolated from Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata for the first time. |
