不同栽培居群红花各器官的组织构造和化学成分含量

摘要:
目的 :研究不同栽培居群红花各器官的组织构造和化学成分含量,为不同栽培居群红花的鉴别及资源的扩大利用提供依据。方法 :在对4个栽培居群红花进行引种栽培的基础上,常规石蜡切片进行不同器官组织构造观察,UV,HPLC法测定不同器官的化学成分含量。结果 :描述了红花各器官的组织特征。同一栽培居群红花不同器官间及不同栽培居群红花相同器官间化学成分含量均存在差异(P<0.01),黄色素含量花冠高于根、茎、叶器官(P<0.01),居群间巍山居群>简阳居群>新乡居群>吉木萨尔居群(P<0.01);腺苷含量叶片高于根、茎、花器官(P<0.01),居群间吉木萨尔居群>简阳居群>新乡居群>巍山居群(P<0.01)。结论 :4个栽培居群红花组织构造及化学成分含量均存在差异。花冠是黄色素积累的主要器官,巍山居群含量最高;叶片是腺苷积累的主要器官,高出花冠5.5-12.7倍,吉木萨尔居群含量最高,应重视红花叶片资源的利用。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the tissue feature and chemical components contents of various organs in different cultivated populations of safflower. Methods: Based on the cultivation of 4 populations of safflower, routine slices of paraffin wax was made for micro-observation, the contents of chemical components of different populations and organs were determined by UV, HPLC. Results: The tissue features of different organs of safflower were described. The contents of chemical compounds among various organs in the same population and among different populations in the same organ were different significantly (P<0.01).The content of safflower yellow in flower of 4 populations were 18.78%?36.04%,which were higher than that in root, stem and leaf(P<0.01). The contents among different populations from high to low were Weishan population, Jianyang population, Xinxiang population and Jimusaer population(P<0.01). The content of adenosine in leaf of 4 populations were 461.30-2 518.20 μg/g, which were higher than that in root, stem and flower(P<0.01). The contents among different populations from high to low were Jimusaer population, Jianyang population, Xinxiang population and Weishan population(P<0.01). Conclusion: The tissue features and the contents of chemical compounds among 4 populations are different significantly. The main organ for accumulating safflower yellow is the flower. It is in Weishan population that the content of safflower yellow is the highest. The main organ for accumulating adenosine is the leaf, and the content in it is as 5.5-12.7 times as higher than that in flower. It is in Jimusaer population that the content of adenosine is the highest. The utilization of the resources of safflower leaf should be noticed.
