玄参提取物的抗炎和抗氧活性

摘要:
目的:研究玄参提取液和玄参中4种单体成分的抗炎和抗氧活性。方法:应用(l)角叉菜胶及眼镜蛇毒致大鼠脚趾肿胀实验;(2)Fe2+/半胱氨酸诱导肝微粒体脂质过氧化;(3)AAPH诱导红细胞氧化性溶血实验,观察玄参提取液以及玄参中环烯醚萜甙类成分哈帕酯甙、哈帕甙和苯丙素甙类成分安格洛甙C、阿格托甙的作用。结果:玄参提取液具有较好的抗肿胀作用。在相应剂量,其苯丙素甙类成分具有较强的抗氧活性,环烯醚萜甙类成分作用较弱。结论:玄参的抗炎、抗氧化作用可能主要与其苯丙素甙类成分有关。

Abstract:
Objective: To evaluate the antiinflammatory and antioxidant effects of the extracts of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl. (SN) in vivo and in vitro. Methods: (1) Carrageenan and cobra venom induced rat paw edema; (2) Fe2+/cystine induced rat liver microsomal lipid peroxidation and (3) 2,2′-azobis(2-amidinopropane) dihydrochloride (AAPH) induced oxidative hemolysis were used to study the effects of the extracts from SN. Results: The crude extract of SN had more potent antiinflammatory effect in vivo. At a dose corresponding to the quantity contained in the crude extracts, the phenylpropanoid glycosides had potent antioxidant effects, while the iridoid glycosides of SN had lower antioxidant activities. Conclusion: The antiinflammatory activity of SN appears to have some relationship with the antioxidant effect of phenylpropanoid glycosides.
