| 目的：观察血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在动脉粥样硬化斑块中的表达。方法: 利用高胆固醇饲料复制兔动脉粥样硬化模型，采用免疫组织化学方法，观察VEGF在胸主动脉粥样硬化斑块中的表达。结果：正常兔主动脉组织中未见VEGF蛋白阳性表达，而动脉粥样硬化斑块区VEGF蛋白表达明显增加。结论：动脉粥样硬化斑块中VEGF表达增加，并可能参与动脉粥样硬化发生和发展的病理过程。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective：To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in atherosclerotic plaques.Methods: The rabbit atherosclerotic model was developed by high cholesterol feeding.The VEGF protein level in atherosclerotic plaques were studied by means of immunohistochemistry.Results:VEGF protein was not detected in normal rabbit aortic arteries,the increased production of VEGF protein were found in atherosclerotic plaques.Conclusion:VEGF protein have a high level expression in atherosclerotic plaques and may involve the pathogenesis and progression of atherosclerosis. |
