白念珠菌的应激反应与耐药性

摘要:
白念珠菌是临床最常见的条件致病真菌,可以导致黏膜和系统感染。临床上广泛使用的抗真菌药物数量有限,长期广泛应用于临床所导致白念珠菌的耐药现象越来越普遍,耐药程度也越来越高。白念珠菌对抗真菌药物的高适应性导致了耐药性的产生,同时也是白念珠菌对环境应激的一种体现。本文对应激反应通路作了总结,并着重从应激反应角度阐述了白念珠菌的耐药性问题。

Stress response and drug resistance of Candida albicans

Abstract:
\[Abstract\]Candida albicans, the most common fungal pathogen, can cause mucosal and systemic infections. Until now there are only a limited number of antifungal drugs, and long-term repeated use of the existing drugs has led to rapid development of drug resistance. The high adaptability of C. albicans has led to drug resistance, which is also a manifestation of environmental stress of C. albicans to the environment. This article summarizes the response pathways of C. albicans stress and describes drug resistance of C. albicans from the aspect of stress response.
