摘要:
\[摘要\] 由α1,6岩藻糖基转移酶(α1,6fucosyltransferase,Fut8)催化的核心岩藻糖基化是糖蛋白重要的翻译后修饰和功能调控方式,直接影响细胞一系列生物学特性,而这种糖基化的异常改变往往是疾病状态的特点。本文就Fut8的表达调控特征、生物学功能及其与各种肿瘤的关系研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
\[Abstract\] Core fucose glycosylation catalyzed by α1, 6fucosetransferase(Fut8) is an important way for protein posttranslational modification and functional regulation; it directly influences a series of biological characteristics of cells and is always seen under some pathological conditions. This paper reviews the recent studies on the regulation, biological function of Fut8 and its relationship with different kinds of tumors.
