应用SDS-NaOH处理快速鉴别尿液中革兰阳性和革兰阴性细菌

摘要:
目的 研究SDS-NaOH溶液对尿液中的革兰阳性和革兰阴性细菌的鉴别能力。方法 用SDS-NaOH溶液处理79份尿液标本5分钟,以UF-1000i尿液分析仪检测处理前后的尿液中的细菌计数情况,计算细菌减少率(BDR)。以受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析BDR对革兰阳性和革兰阴性细菌的鉴别能力。结果 革兰阴性细菌的BDR较革兰阳性细菌降低(P<0.01)。BDR鉴别革兰阳性和革兰阴性细菌的曲线下面积为为0.70(95%可信区间:0.57-0.82)。当BDR取值为0.05时,鉴别革兰阳性细菌的敏感性为0.83(95%可信区间:0.63-0.95),特异性为0.46(95%可信区间:0.32-0.59)。结论 SDS-NaOH处理有助于鉴别尿液中革兰阳性和革兰阴性细菌。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the discrimination efficiency of SDS-NaOH solution for gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria in urine. Methods Seventy nine urine samples were treated with SDS-NaOH solution for 5 minute. The bacteria accounts before and after treatment were determined by UF-1000i urine analyzer and bacteria decreased rate (BDR) was calculated. Receiver operation characteristics (ROC) curve analysis was used to assess the discrimination efficiency of BDR. Results BDR was decreased in gram-negative bacteria contained urine (P<0.01). The area under curve (AUC) of BDR for discriminating gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria was 0.70 (95% confidence interval (CI): 0.57-0.82). At cuf-off value of 0.05, the discrimination sensitivity and specificity of BDR for gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria were 0.83 (95% CI: 0.63-0.95) and 0.46 (95% CI: 0.32-0.59), respectively. Conclusion SDS-NaOH solution is useful to discriminate gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria in urine.
