| 胰腺癌是一种死亡率极高的恶性肿瘤，早期症状缺乏特异性。当疑似此病时，多数已处于晚期，所以提高胰腺癌的早期诊断率尤为重要。最近几年，许多研究聚焦于胰腺癌早期阶段存在的相关标记物，包括肿瘤组织中的标记物、体液中的肿瘤标记物和粪便标记物。本文就目前胰腺癌肿瘤标记物的诊断应用研究做一综述。 |

| Pancreatic carcinoma represents a fatal malignancy with a high mortality rate and without specific early symptoms. When pancreatic tumor is clinically suspected, it usually has come to an advanced stage, which making early diagnosis especially important. Over the last several years, many investigations have focused on relevant biomarkers during early stages of pancreatic tumor, including those in tumor tissues, body fluids and stools. This paper reviews the current application of tumor markers in early diagnosis of pancreatic neoplasm. |
