| 目的：探讨注射肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)对正常大鼠胰岛素敏感性及其相关状态的影响。方法：给正常大鼠注射小剂量TNFα后，以葡萄糖-胰岛素耐量试验(G-InsTT)检测其胰岛素敏感性的变化，并观察血浆胰高血糖素(GC)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、血脂水平及组织中糖原、三酰甘油(TG)含量的变化情况。结果：发现TNFα可致正常大鼠出现高胰岛素血症，G-InsTT的K值下降，血浆GC,ACTH和血脂水平升高，肝脏和红色股四头肌糖原含量减少，肝脏TG含量升高。结论：TNFα可致正常大鼠发生明显的胰岛素抵抗(IR)，这可能与血中胰岛素拮抗激素水平升高或糖代谢、脂代谢紊乱有关。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective:To investigate the effect of TNFα on insulin sensitivity and some relative states in normal rats. Methods: The changes of K value in glucose-insulin tolerance test,the concentration of glucagon and ACTH,the lipids in serum and the contents of glycogen,triglyceride in tissues were tested in normal rats after low dose injection of TNFα. Results: The K values in glucose-insulin tolerance test decreased after TNFα injected ,the concentrations of ACTH,GC and serum lipids all increased,and the glycogen contents in liver and red quadriceps decreased,the liver TG depots increased. Conclusion: TNFα can induce evident insulin resistance in normal rats, the improvement of plasma insulin antagonistic hormone level and some disorders in sugar or lipid metabolism may be involved in. |
