| 摘要: |
| 糖尿病的流行形势非常严峻,而目前糖尿病的治疗和管理面临巨大挑战。本文主要以美国卫生系统为例,介绍了有关糖尿病管理模式转变的一些核心信息。在新的管理模式中,患者、卫生服务提供者、社区卫生人员、卫生系统共同参与,患者具备充分的健康知识,主动性得到全面发挥,医疗卫生团队服务能力强、态度积极,从而促进糖尿病及其他疾病的有效管理。 |

| Abstract: |
| Type 2 Diabetes (DM) has become a worldwide epidemic, and the treatment and management of DM have posed a great challenge. This review, taking the related health service system of USA as an example, introduces some key information on the changes of management mode of DM. In the new management mode, the patients, health service stuffs, community health stuffs, and the health system all participate. The patients possess full health knowledge, and the health service stuffs are initiated to provide better service, thus to provide effective management for DM and other diseases. |
