| 目的：了解我军维和医疗队部署前培训课程情况,提出调整建议。内容：维和医疗队训练课程开设情况和队员对课程开设必要性认可情况。方法：采用问卷调查、现场调研以及召开座谈会的方式向5个军区260名维和队员及14名第二军医大学外军留学生收集资料；应用Microsoft Excel软件和统计学五分法对调查问卷进行处理,使用描述性方法进行分析。结果：筛选了9门各军区开课率高的课程,各选取了5门队员认可程度较高、较低课程进行具体分析。建议：提出模块化培训课程、实施差异化训练、进一步强化语言训练和开拓实践教学新模式等建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: To acquaint with our peacekeeping medical units on pre-deployment training curriculum situation. Content: To research which curriculums were learned by peacekeeping medical units and how did the peacekeeper think about the significance of the curriculum. Methods: Using questionnaire, spot research and seminars to collect the data and information from 5 military area command 260 peacekeepers and 14 foreign students of COE SMMU; using Microsoft Excel software and Likert statistical method to deal with the data. Results: The most popular 9 curriculum, the most significant and the most unimportant 5 curriculum have been selected and analyzed. Suggestion: Design training modular and regulate the training content, implement differential and individualized curriculum, strengthen English training and develop the practical teaching pattern. |
